The complex has a swimming pool and the location is awesome ! 8 minutes walk to Somerset MRT / 10 minutes to dhoby ghaut MRT with few minutes walking distance to great spots to eat yumi food (nice bakeries, bars, 24 hr hawkers to Organic vegan restaurants) and fort canning park is just around the corner.
About us... ! We are two working male professionals from Sri Lanka and Japan occupying the other two rooms in the house. We’re friendly and pretty laid back guys.
We’re looking for someone friendly and easy going to take the master room. No strange house rules... Cook as you please , (The kitchen is pretty big too) party with consideration towards others in the flat , keep the house clean & it shall work out perfectly !
Rent: $1600 (excluding PUB) the room has a bed and a table only so feel free to bring or buy your own stuff to make it your own cozy place!
